• Services

  We provide you with options to purchase the products through this website.

  At Yavatmal and another surrounding area, we provide you with the doorstep delivery facility at a very nominal charge.

  If we are unable to deliver the products to your location, you will be intimated about it before the acceptance of your order.

• Eligibility

  With the use of this website, it is clear to us that you are competent to enter into a contract with us and that you have read the terms, understood them, and agreed to abide by them.

  If you are a minor then you may use this website only under the supervision and guidance of a guardian eligible to enter into a legally binding contract.

• Products

  Presently we offer fresh vegetables through our website. While we make every effort to represent our products on the website as accurately as possible, the colors in the photographs and videos may look different on different devices.

  Further, the images provided on our website are for representation purposes only and the actual packaging of the products may differ from the images.

  Our products are packaged with all reasonable and standard care.

  Our products are strictly vegetarian and freshly extracted on the day of the delivery. Our products do not contain any preservatives. While most of the ingredients of our products are fresh.

  Users shold strictly adhere to the storing and consumption instructions made available on our website. We shall not be responsible for any loss/health issues that may be caused to the users due to non-adherence to the storage and consumption instructions of our products.

  Since our Products contain seasonal/ fresh raw materials, their availability may not be the same throughout the year. You will be informed in advance through the Website in case any of the products are unavailable.

  Our products are not meant as a cure for any illness whatsoever.

  You are advised to consume our products depending on your health condition and depending on the medication being taken by you, any allergies suffered by you, etc, and after making yourself fully aware of the product. We offer products that are reasonable and moderately suited for human consumption. We shall not be responsible for any health problems caused because of the over-consumption of our Products.

  If you face any health issues after consumption of our Products, you are advised to consult a doctor at the earliest.

• Pricing

  Our product prices are subject to change without notice.

  When the order is placed, the price will be the price at the time of delivery.

  We at our own announce discounts or offers on the sale of the products made available on the website from time to time.

  Each discount or offer will be valid for a limited time.

  Such discounts or offers may be changed, suspended, or canceled at any time.

• Delivery of Products

  The delivery time will generally range between 10 am to 8 pm hours.

  Our main aim is to deliver fresh products.

  We will only attempt to deliver any order once.

  There will be no rerouting/redeliveries to any other addresses under any circumstances.

  If our delivery person finds the door locked at the address provided by you or refuses to accept the order or the Products are delivered to the Security cabin/Watchman according to your instructions, we will not be liable for any complaints as to non-delivery.

  Further, we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery that may be caused due to circumstances that are beyond our control like natural calamities, riots, strikes, rallies, processions, traffic jams.

  The customer is solely responsible for providing the correct and complete address for the delivery along with an identifiable landmark and correct contact information, and we will not be liable for any delay which is a result of you providing a wrong name/ incomplete or incorrect address.

  Whenever there is a problem with delivery of our Products, we will put a notice on our website.

• Cancellation Policy, Return and Refund

  An order may be canceled up to the cut-off time mentioned on the Website for a particular time slot for which you have placed an order.

  You can cancel your order by calling our customer care number on the Website or by using the option provided on the Website.

  In case of cancellation, we will refund any payments already made by you for the canceled order.

  The refund process will be initiated by us within 2 days.

  We may at our sole discretion cancel any order if we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any user.

  Since our products are perishable, we do not allow returns.

• Complaints and Feedback

  If you are dissatisfied with any delivered product/ service, you may raise a complaint with our customer care within one hour from the time of delivery.

  Once a complaint is registered with our customer care, you will be sent a complaint form which you shall be required to fill up and send back to us.

  We will try to resolve your complaint within 3 (three) working days.

  You may also send your feedback and suggestions to our customer care email id on the website.

  Your suggestions are important to us. We may also send you a feedback form by email after the delivery of the ordered products.

  We shall, however, have the right to decide the reasonableness, mode, and method of redressal of the complaint/feedback/suggestion received.

  Our suggestions/feedback/comments remain our sole property and we shall have the sole discretion to delete/modify/use for commercial purposes any such feedback/comments at our discretion.

  You won't receive any compensation for your comments or feedback.

• Limited Liability

  The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses incurred by the user in connection with this Site, including but not limited to: your use of the Site, the content posted by any third party, any damage to your device due to your use of this website, your reliance on any of the comments or feedback available on the website, any delay in the functioning of this website.
